INFORMASJON OM STILLINGEN
Our client is looking for a proactive HR-assistant to help find the candidates fit for working in an innovative environment at the forefront of new technology.
This is primarily a project-based research assignement. You will work for 15-20 hours per week for 4-6 weeks. However, there are opportunities to expand the assignement depending on the results of the project.
ARBEIDSOPPGAVER
In this role you will assist the HR department with administrative and recruitment tasks. More specifically, this involves liasing with selected international career services at universities and colleges.
This means that you will do research to find the best channels for reaching top grad students and alumni. Further, you will be responsible for documenting and mapping out your findings to report to the HR supervisor. Thus, we are looking for a proactive person with the ability to seek out who and where to contact in order to obtain the information needed to advertise our clients positions to the best candidates in the world.

- You are a MSc student with a relevant major and a strong transcript record
- You have experience with HR-relevant and administrative tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken english
- You have the skill of learning quickly, proceed information fast and communicating this information easily to others
