Cameron`s Drilling Systems
Our Drilling segment is one of the leading global suppliers of integrated drilling systems for onshore and offshore applications. We are inventing the products and solutions for our customers that include shipyards, drilling contractors, exploration and production companies and rental tool companies. Equipment we design and manufacture include blow-out preventers (BOPs), control systems, drilling risers and valves, manifolds and other rig products, parts and services. Because of an increased focus on safety and tighter regulation, Drilling has seen an increase in customers wanting to re-certify BOP stacks or to replace aging equipment.
Cameron Sense in Kristiansand is searching for a skilled Web developer
Main Job Tasks:
- Developing new modern component for drilling application HMI with operation in focus
- Build and establish program structure in library and applications for easy configuration of new projects and drilling from HMI applications
- Share knowledge to build competence in Cameron to build future applications
- Establish design specification
- Perform software design reviews and attend product design reviews
- Verification and test
- Conceptual design and development
- Contribute to software architecture and standardization
- Documentation, design specifications, test and verification procedures
Job Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
- University degree, relevant experience might compensate lack of formal degree
- Deep knowledge in Web development with competence in the following technologies:
- HTML5
- Java script / Typescript
- CSS
- Angular v2
- Web sockets
- SVG
- Web Technology
- ASP.NET, Node JS
- Independent with the ability to work and also communicate with a multidiscipline team
- Interest in drilling operations, drilling equipment and advanced equipment
- Good communication and co-operation skills
- Result driven and high integrity
- Proficient in English and preferably in Norwegian, oral and written
