Business Manager for Salesforce

Digital Customer Journeys & Analytics is a newly established division with the mandate to own the digital transformation, building strong analytics and 1:1 marketing capabilities (CRM/CLM). All our managed channels will be a part of the same platform and we are working with the modernization of the system portfolio in the business market. Omni channel capabilities and automation of processes by extensive system support is central to this work. 
We are now looking for a Business Manager for Saleforce.com which is our major CRM system. 

As our new Business Manager for Sales Force you will be responsible for maintaining and developing an efficient and state of the art CRM system. You will make sure our processes provide accurate, reliable, timely and easily accessible data and customer insights to the organization. Providing support to sales, marketing and customer service with CRM system support that caters to the entire customer life cycle is also an important part of the work in this position. 

This position reports to Eirik Kristiansen, Head of Business Systems, Digital Customer Journeys & Analytics.

Job description

  • Participate in key initiative’s or projects related to CRM, CLM, NBA, Omni channel
  • Take lead for all configurations and development in Salesforce.com
  • Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications in addition to One Screen (Salesforce platform). Build reports, dashboards and workflows.
  • Manage users, data and security. Digitize processes.
  • Make sure that we have a proper governance model, make requirements and documentation for change requests and follow up execution in collaboration with our integration partner.
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements. Secure that data loads are executed according to plan and that our data is accurate and with high quality
  • Responsible for always being updated about new releases from Salesforce.com and to adopt relevant stuff into our installation. Perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality roll out

 

Qualifications

  • Higher education within business management, IT or engineering. Minimum 4 years.
  • Solid IT and commercial understanding, preferably from B2B market
  • Documented Salesforce.com experience and certifications is required
  • Experience from Campaign management and CLM is an advantage
  • Experience from project management and/or Telecommunication and digital customer journeys is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and/or one Scandinavian language
