Capture is one of the most successful service launches in Telenor Norway. The service has also been launched in several Asian and European countries. More launches in Telenor markets are under way.
Back End Software Engineer
We are looking for a talented and motivated programmer to join our back end development team. You are genuinely interested in solving problems by creating efficient, testable and well-structured code. As a junior member of the back end team you will be working on interesting and complex tasks, while being mentored by your more senior colleagues.
Development and operation of Capture (Min Sky) is done by Netlife Backup Solutions AS a 100% owned subsidiary of Telenor Digital AS. Our engineering currently consists of 22 people in Trondheim, and is growing rapidly.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Quick learner and passionate about programming
- Good programming and debugging skills
- Good understanding of SQL
- Interested in scalable and distributed systems
- Motivated to write testable code
- Comfortable with Linux-based systems
- Python programming proficiency is a plus
