ABOUT THE ROLE
Following our global expansion, we are seeking an ambitious business sales developer to support building our global Gelato Air platform that enables any company in the world to access the $30bn greeting card market (2x global music industry).
The role is to be based in Oslo, Norway and will suit someone who is self-motivated, hard-working, data-driven and hungry for new business success.

JOB DUTIES
As a business sales developer, you will assist your clients with their business development by seeing the opportunities in Gelato. Your responsibilities will also involve
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Representatives to develop
- Implement appropriate prospect communication plans based on data analysis
- Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations; building up the pipeline
- Schedule online marketing assessments for Sales Representatives
- Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
- Play a key support role in developing and driving strategic initiatives into the larger, targeted accounts

Primary requirements:
- Graduate degree from a leading university with good results
- Efficiently and gracefully counter top of the funnel objections, prospecting, cold calling, online, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (knowledge of other major languages is a plus)
- Norwegian is not required
- Full time position based in Oslo
